Description - Description: Sierra Army Depot located in Herlong, CA has a requirement for a contractor to provide regular Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and emergency repairs to the natural gas pipeline at depot. The Government would like to reserve the option t o have a contractor install additional regulator station(s) during the performance of the contract. The Department of Transportation (DOT) sets minimum federal safety standards for the Pipeline at 49 CFR 192, Transportation of Natural Gas and Other Gas by Pipeline. This includes the standards for Operations and Maintenance of the lines. The Army intends to award one firm-fixed price/ T &M contract (a single award IDIQ with three ordering periods)
