Description - Description: The lots of the market are executed partly at a global and fixed price and partly by the issue of purchase orders. The fixed part (DPGF) corresponds to maintenance, monitoring, and servicing (P2) and major maintenance and total guarantee (P3). The part with purchase orders (BPU) corresponds to the additional services not provided for in the fixed part. The purchase orders, for the part treated at unit prices, are executed as and when the need arises, in accordance with the provisions of articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the public procurement code.
