Description - Maintenance Shop Expansion at Narrow Hills Provincial Park Synopsis: The Work involves a 175m2 (1,885ft2) addition to the existing steel frame maintenance building. The addition will be two additional bays, one of which is for grader storage and the other will house water treatment equipment in the future. The scope will include site works, foundations, building exterior, and building mechanical and electrical. Rough-ins for the future water treatment piping are also included.  Additional Information: Emailed tenders must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 10 per cent of the tender and consent of surety letter.
