Description - Description: It is planned to prepare an investment project in the Technical phase for major repairs of the building, including replacement of the plumbing and electrical installation, low-current installations, updating the HVAC installation, with t he option of providing a photovoltaic installation to provide electricity to the building for its own needs, as well as replacing the type of fuel and the boiler. Future project development should ensure an accessible environment throughout the building, in accordance with the requirements of Regulation No. RD-02-20-2 of 26.01.2021 on determining the requirements for accessibility and universal design of the elements of the accessible environment
