Description - Description: Decree No. 2022-719 of April 27, 2022 modifies the procedure for body donation for medical teaching and research purposes and the operation of the structures for receiving bodies. In accordance with this decree, the purpose of this frame work agreement is the transport and funeral operations of bodies and anatomical parts resulting from body donation for medical teaching and research purposes on behalf of the Claude Bernard Lyon 1 University.
