Description - Description: The contract subject to the consultation aims to choose a service provider responsible for issuing dematerialized meal vouchers for agents whose administrative residence is in the Grand Est Region (France). This will involve collecting o rders, managing the routing of cards, crediting accounts according to the Region's order, ensuring and enabling the monitoring of accounts by agents (in the event of loss of card, access code number, etc.).
