Description - Description: The purpose of this framework agreement is to represent the Pays de la Loire Region on the Spanish market for the general public through action plans aimed at increasing its awareness. These actions and events are carried out through two channels: the Spanish press and social networks via the Oeste de Francia Facebook page and the oestefrancia Instagram account.
