Description - Description: THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR INVITATION FOR BID. The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Detroit District is seeking contractors with the capability to provide construction services for a Manist ique River Maintenance Dredging project. This project includes routine dredging to address shoaling in the Manistique River. Material removed will be placed nearshore for beach nourishment. Tasks are expected to include: Hydraulically dredge up to 133,000 CY from STA 0+00 to STA 46+00 to 12 ft Maintained Project Depth, plus 1 ft of allowable overdredge tolerance. Place material nearshore 7,000 ft southwest from the west breakwater along the Lake
