Description - Description: The purpose of this project is to provide Laughlin AFB is seeking a safe place to store boats and protect them from the weather. Currently, there is no weather protection for boats in the fenced-in lot at the marina. This area (Del Rio, TX) is susceptible to hail, flash floods, and extreme heat that can damage maritime property such as boats and jet-skis. NAF Funds are presently available for this effort. The Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
