Description - Description: The City of Norwich and the Norwich Community Development Corporation are requesting proposals for the abatement and demolition of the Marina Towers located at 74-78 West Main Street in Norwich Connecticut. This work is being done follow ing an extensive community outreach effort to solicit public input and with support from the CT DECD Community Investment Fund 2030 to assist with funding for this work and future improvements.
