Description - Description: Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Award Contract with two option years as necessary to provide Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) in Portsmouth, VA, with Certified Mari ne Chemist Services. The Certified Marine Chemist Services will serve as a back-up for the in-house Gas Free Engineer (GFE). NNSY seeks services from a contractor to provide Certified Marine Chemist Services for approximately 65 jobs throughout the year for all ships and submarines undergoing maintenance work. The minimum number of jobs per year will be two. The Contractor shall perform inspections for the purpose of Marine Chemist certification
