Description - Description: The purpose of the procurement is to ensure that the Marine and Water Authority can fulfill its assignments and fulfill its goals in accordance with the Marine Environment Directive (2008/56/EC) and the Marine Environment Regulation (201 0: 1341). More specifically, the procurement aims to: - Ensure that the Marine and Water Authority can carry out monitoring of debris on beaches in accordance with the requirements of the Marine Environment Regulation. - Ensure that the Marine and Water Authority has access to the expert knowledge of marine debris, with a special focus on beach debris, which is required to implement the various steps of the Marine Environment Directive in Sweden
