Description - The Norwegian Coastal Administration at the Pilot Service hereby wishes to inform potential providers that a new acquisition of pilotage service in the air is planned, including pilotage service by helicopter.The purpose of the RFI is to facilitate t he best possible competition by preparing the market ahead of the competition announcement.Interested suppliers can request one-on-one meetings and are free to provide written feedback at any time. We are very interested in how suppliers in the market envisage the development of transport services by helicopter in the next 5-10 years, especially with regard to climate and the environment, including the use of green technologies and fuel.
