Description - The purpose of the Market is the responsible active management of “Blend” style by investment service providers of, at most, three (3) management mandates which must implement exposure to Japanese equities of all capitalizations. The FRR understa nds by “active management” the implementation of investment decisions leading to individual positions different from those of the reference index, under the conditions which will be defined in the management mandates, with the aim of achieving a significant increase in performance. The FRR understands by “responsible active management” the consideration by the selected candidates in their management and/or analysis processes of ESG issues
