Description - Description: SituationThe NPO has a twofold assignment. On the one hand, suppliers of programs (content owners and distributors) deliver raw video files. The Contractor is expected to make the programs broadcast-ready and deliver them in accordance w ith the specifications of the NPO and in close cooperation with the producers of the NPO. This is called ‘broadcast-ready digital’.On the other hand, the Contractor is expected to deliver these broadcast-ready programs to a (to be developed) Media Asset Management system in which programs can be viewed, stored and uploaded to Traffic.
