Description - Description: Currently, the Nidos Foundation uses multiple digital applications to implement primary work processes. Employees in the primary process do their file management in complex, self-built solutions, such as the Electronic Pupil File (EPD), Electronic Family File (EGD) and the non-integrated SaaS application Zilliz (file application 'Nidos Eigen Opvang'). However, these systems are outdated and as a result, the further development of these systems is stagnating. This makes it increasingly difficult to meet all functional, technical and legal requirements. That is why these systems are technically due for replacement.
