Description - Description: The Provincial Executive of Gelderland has established the draft Program of Requirements (PoE) for the Arnhem-Nijmegen-Foodvalley concession. The emergency concessions Arnhem-Nijmegen and Veluwe-Zuid expire at the end of June 2026. We ar e working towards a new Arnhem-Nijmegen-Foodvalley concession that will run from the end of June 2026 to the end of June 2036. The first step is to determine the draft SoR. The draft SoR is from June 26 to August 28. for your perusal. Municipalities, regions, neighboring concession providers, transporters, ROCOV and Liander are invited to respond.
