Description - Description: The municipality of Utrecht has opted for a new hiring model, where one contractor (broker) ensures the delivery of (a large part of the required) hiring forces including broker services and a Vendor Management System (jointly referred t o as broker services). This new hiring model replaces the current working method, whereby hiring forces is mainly hired via the Dynamic Purchase System (DAS) and also through a few framework agreements. It is the intention of the municipality of Utrecht to organize the new hiring model through a European tender. This is provisionally planned in quarter 3-4 of 2025.
