Description - Description: The Gelifes research institute of the Faculty of Science and Engineering uses a Nikon Eclipse Ti2-E inverted fluorescence motorized spinning disk microscope for its research. This Nikon system is currently no longer functioning. The soft ware is no longer serviceable, the camera is burned out and can no longer be used, and the lasers are also unusable due to wear and tear.As indicated in the appendix, the existing setup is built around an advanced Nikon microscope, whereby existing parts themselves can continue to be used.
