Description - Description: As part of the program “Working Smarter Together for and with Coevorden”, the municipality of Coevorden (hereinafter: Coevorden) is working on the (re)introduction of case-oriented work. The introduction of case-oriented work is inex tricably linked to the use of a case system. Coevorden has been a member of the Cooperative Association Dimpact (hereinafter: Dimpact) for over ten years. As part of this membership, Coevorden also purchases a case system, namely Atos eSuite. In 2021, it was announced that the current case system is so-called 'end-of-life', which means that support (further development and maintenance) for the use of the software would stop in June 2027.
