Description - Description: The aim of this assignment is to develop a prototype of an open science monitor, which is based on a robust and context-specific framework for monitoring and evaluating open science at a national level.The open science monitor must in an y case be able to measure the open availability of the following types of output: open access publications (being articles, preprints, conference proceedings, books and book chapters), research data, research software. At a later stage it should be expanded to policy reports and other types of academic works. It is important that reports can be produced at different organizational levels (granularly) (e.g. financier, knowledge institution, etc.).
