Description - Description: Market consultation: Radboudumc assumes that only the existing suppliers can meet the delivery of the required spinal implants and accessories. This market consultation has been published to verify this. If it turns out that there are in deed no alternative suppliers, Radboudumc will proceed to the Negotiation procedure without prior notice (Article 2.32 of the Public Procurement Act) with the current parties, with the aim of concluding a framework agreement for a period of 4 years.
