Description - Description: The municipality of Utrecht wants to conclude an agreement for the development of a ‘Cables and Pipelines System’ based on a SaaS (Software as a Service) by means of a European tender. The application concerns a supporting system for the talon process. In addition to the SAAS application, an app is also requested so that the process can be properly supported on location. The purpose of this market consultation is to check the intended design of the process with the market. The request is based on the current systems, whereby the municipality of Utrecht wants to prevent market parties from unnecessarily rejecting requirements that are not (any longer) standard in the market.
