Description - Description: The municipality of Capelle aan den IJssel wants to set up an efficient subsidy process by using a system for outgoing subsidies. It is important to us that the system, as we envision it, supports our generic subsidy process. The numbers below apply to the subsidy provision by the Society department. The following themes are central to the municipality's renewed and more efficient subsidy process: reliability, user-friendliness, legitimacy and customer focus.
