Description - Description: ReasonThe implementation contract (E&C) for the modifications of the wwzi (sewage treatment plant) in Arnhem did not yield any registrations after the tender procedure in February 2024. After exploratory discussions (May 2024) with four construction companies, a number of reasons appeared to underlie this. Among other things, the parties considered the contract risky and a preference was expressed for the application of a two-phase approach.
