Description - Description: Tenderers are hereby invited to a market dialogue for a framework agreement for the collection and delivery of outgoing letter post for Helse Vest. The postal service can be sorted per format by the Customer. The market dialogue is a par t of the preliminary work for the procurement and is being carried out because the Contracting Authority would like input for the procurement from potential suppliers, possibly also from other interested parties. As a part of this process, suppliers are invited to provide input to the procurement. The contract will be valid for 2 years + an option for a further 1+1 year.
