Description - Description: The Norwegian Coastal Administration invites tenderers to a Market Dialogue as a part of preparations for the publication of a new procurement in order to map the conditions around and in the wreckage/wreckage parts and further environme ntal measures for the submarine U-864 west of Fedje in Vestland county.
