Description - Description: The county council is seeking a concessionaire to fit out and operate the contract on a long term basis. The contract will run for a period of 10 years with a 5 year option to extend the arrangement giving a total contract length of 15 y ears, including the extension option.The café consists of a food preparation/storeroom and a customer serving area. The appointed concessionary will be required to fully fit out the café facility at their own cost . The council shall be providing white rock for the concessionaire to fit.The operating hours of the Arle Court Transport Hub are from 07.00-1900 Monday to Saturday. The Hub will also open on sponsored Event Days on some Sundays.Parti
