Description - Description: The purpose of this market is to collect mail leaving the city and the CCAS, its postage and its delivery to a distribution center. This is a mono-attributal ordering (concerning postage) ordering (concerning postage) without minimum and with a maximum of 60,000 euros HT per year for the municipality and 22,000 euros HT per year for the CCAS. It includes a part in ordinary market at a flat price for the collection of mail and delivery of it to a distribution center.
