Description - Description: The purpose of the contract is the acquisition, rental and maintenance of new and/or reconditioned utility vehicles for the needs of the City of Plessis Robinson. The services covered by the contract will be processed in accordance with Articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the CCP and the unit prices of the holder's catalogue(s) (for which the latter was able to design a discount at the time of submitting its offer (Cf. Art.8.1 of the AE). The maximum annual amount excluding VAT of the contract is estimated at 400,000 Euros excluding VAT/year. In any event, the maximum amount of the contract, over the total duration, is set at 1,600,000 Euros excluding VAT.
