Description - Description: Oslo municipality at the Development and Skills Agency, department for purchasing services, intends to carry out a limited tender to enter into a dynamic purchasing arrangement for security guard services (DPS). From 2022 – 2024, appro x. NOK 290,000,000 excl. VAT. on the dynamic purchasing scheme. We want to build up more knowledge about the market in question, and get input for new competition.
