Description - Description: Redux - Waste and Recycling Kolding Municipality (hereinafter referred to as "contracting entity") wishes to implement an upcoming tender regarding Pre -treatment and marketing of paper and books received on the Five (5) recycling sites of the contracting entity. The contracting of the contracting paper and books must be treated by the tenderer as a minimum as waste intended for recycling or in better compliance with section 12 of the Waste Ordinance and the Environmental Protection Act.
