Description - The purpose of the work operation is the rehabilitation, on an occupied site, of 320 collective housing units located in the “La Gravette” Residence, in Marmande. The La Gravette district being a priority district, it is part of the “Baylac – La Gravette” project subsidized by the ANRU. Place of execution: 47200 MARMANDE This consultation is part of a major rehabilitation operation of 16 lots, some of which began on June 25, 2021 for a period of 30 months (i.e. until December 24, 2023 – a date which will be subject to an extension of execution deadlines).
