Description - Description: The purpose of this procurement is to find a new supplier for the Biel regional prison who will prepare meals for the Bern regional prison in their own premises.With an average capacity of 50 people, three meals are required every day of the year. Consequently, 150 meals per day are to be expected (50 breakfasts, 50 lunches and 50 dinners). The daily requirement to be covered should be based as closely as possible on the Swiss Society for Nutrition's recommendation for the optimal plate.The contractor guarantees that the meals will be packaged appropriately for transport, including the containers (hot delivery).
