Description - Description: Meath County Council as the Contracting Authority proposes to establish and operate a Framework Agreement for Transportation Consultancy Services including the provision of Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) services and Designer s ervices. It is proposed to establish a Framework with a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 8 Participants for consultancy services for schemes with an estimated construction value of greater than €50,000.
