Description - Description: The Ontario Clean Water Agency (OCWA) has issued a Request for Bids (RFB) to prospective new Proponents to submit Bids to provide mechanical maintenance services (refresh) at the Huron Elgin Boards and Southwestern Region for various wat er and wastewater facilities located within Southwestern Ontario.It is OCWA’s intention to enter into the Master Agreement with up to 30 legal entities.
