Description - Description: The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to issue Solicitation N00024-25-R-2413 to Bollinger Shipyards Lockport, L.L.C., 8365 Highway 308 S, Lockport, LA 70374 for the procurement of the Technical Data Package (TDP) and Associated Rights fo r the ILSV ship design.
