Description - Posten Bring AS (hereafter PB) wishes to participate in purchasing cooperation in non-strategic acquisitions to save time and internal resources, with good results and commercial conditions that benefit the group even if we do not carry out these acq uisitions ourselves.PB is subject to the Act on public procurement - the Supply Regulations - and is dependent on purchasing cooperation and procurement being carried out in line with the current regulations. Through thorough investigations of the market, PB cannot find that there are any similar players who meet PB's needs. PB therefore intends to continue our ongoing contract with Stiftelsen Tradebroker (total value over 5 years: NOK 400,000)
