Description - The works included at the community center is the supply and installation of two new HRVs connected to the existing furnaces, including ductwork, condensate, control and power connections, and provision of new air intake and exhaust points for each H RV. The work includes provision of a new natural gas generator, gas supply to the generator, new transfer switch and electrical integration into the existing distribution. Work shall include startup, testing and adjusting of all new equipment and controls. Warranty, operations and Maintenance manuals, and as-builts shall be provided.
