Description - Description: Liverpool City Region Combined Authority (LCRCA) is looking to progress a Front-End Engineering Design Services (FEED Services) Contract to further develop the Mersey Tidal Power Project (Project).The Specification details the scope of t he FEED Services, across a combination of project, commercial and technical aspects to enable a full technoeconomic development study of all aspects of the Project.The FEED Services contract is to be performed as part of the Phase 4a Development activity on the Project, and in parallel with the Development Consent Order (DCO) Consenting activity, (performed by others)The FEED Services contract will improve the specification of the scope of works
