Description - Description: Troyes Champagne Métropole, the organizing and competent authority for the construction and operation of district heating networks, owns the district heating network of La Chapelle Saint-Luc / Les-Noës-Près-Troyes. This network is sup plied by a gas boiler room and cogeneration, as well as by an Energy Recovery Unit (UVE) located at the opposite end. In this configuration, some areas of the network are further away from the UVE than from the gas boiler room. Consequently, under certain operating conditions, the gas boiler room supplies heat to nearby substations, while the UVE could still supply energy but is limited by the distance from these substations.
