Description - Description: On behalf of Helsinki City Transport (HKL), Metropolitan Area Transport Ltd (Pääkaupunkiseudun Kaupunkiliikenne Oy) is organizing a tender competition regarding the supports of the steel third rail of the metro in accordance with the t echnical specifications and drawings.
