Description - Description: The U.S. Embassy Mexico City has a requirement for a professional vendor to provide lodging and conference room rental for a four-day event in Mexico City, Mexico for 45 attendees from November 5 to November 9, 2024, including lodging da ys. The selected vendor will be fully responsible for performing all the necessary work including, but not limited to lodging service, conference room rental, AV equipment, and provide meals, all these services as described in the RFQ document.
