Description - Description: Microsoft products are used within the office automation of the contracting authority as a standard for information management. There is currently no agreement with Microsoft. The licenses are now purchased on a monthly basis from a Micr osoft Direct CSP. The contracting authority starts this tender to conclude a new agreement in accordance with the GT Framework that agreed between the VNG and Microsoft at the end of 2022. In addition, the contracting authority wants to retain the opportunity to also purchase licenses outside the GT Framework.
