Description - Description: The Council currently uses Microsoft Dynamics NAV version 2016. The intention is to take over the current environment that is on premise as-is and then upgrade it to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and migrate it to the cloud wit hin a period of 4 to 6 months after the contract has been awarded. After this, the Contractor is responsible for management, maintenance and further development as well as 2nd and 3rd line support. The supplier will have to connect to the Ctac service desk that will provide first line support. The Council wants a single point of contact for all its applications.
