Description - The contract is a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders. Its purpose is the rental of 9-seater minibuses without driver. The services are provided in a single lot; the object does not allow the identification of distinct services; the specifications and descriptions appear in the C.C.T.P. The contract is concluded for an initial period of one year from notification of the contract, renewable three times by tacit agreement for periods of one year, up to the maximum amount defined in the Act of Commitment (A.E.) Amount minimum: 0 euros, maximum annual amount: 20,000 euros excluding tax and maximum amount over the total duration (all periods included): 80,000 euros excluding tax
