Description - Description: Stockport Homes wishes to establish a framework agreement for housing adaptation works that are currently funded through the Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG). The funding received from the DFG is to pay for essential adaptation to a perso n's current home to enable them to continue to live an independent life.
