Description - Description: The scope of the Minor Works Framework: Construction 2024 is building (including new-build), extension refurbishment, adaptation and associated works to the Client’s own properties and to properties of Customers, further specified in t he Framework Scope. The Customer work is to generate income for the Client so it may subsidise its public service commitments. This income comes from the Fee, payable by the Contractor when Other Contracting Bodies call off from the Framework Agreement and is further detailed at Clause 3.7 of the Framework Agreement.For clarity, there is no Fee payable when the Client calls off from the Framework Agreement.The Framework is split into two Lots and
