Description - Description: The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) PMA-280, Patuxent River, Maryland intends to negotiate and award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-20-G-0007 to Raytheon Missiles & Defense (RMD), 1 151 East Hermans Road, Tucson, Arizona on a sole-source basis to procure new fuzes in support of recertification. Service life limits are driving the requirement to replace the fuze during missile recertification. Raytheon is the sole manufacturer of the Tomahawk Missile System. This action is being awarded on a sole source basis to RMD in accordance with the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition under Title 10 U.S.C
