Description - Description: The subject of the contract is the delivery of a new, non-reconditioned and unused operating table (hereinafter referred to as the "goods") for the ophthalmology department. The subject of the contract must be in perfect condition and mu st comply with all valid legal regulations in the territory of the Slovak Republic. An integral part of the contract is transport to the place of delivery, unloading at the place of delivery, unpacking and disposal of packaging, handing over the written documents necessary for the acquisition of ownership rights to the subject of the contract, provision of user documentation for the subject of the contract necessary for proper and error-free use
